Whether you order from France or abroad, we deliver at home. The average delivery time is 2 days for Metropolitan France (shipping by letter or Colissimo) and 5 to 7 days for Belgium and Switzerland, but it is not a deadline and Félis Production can not be held responsible for late delivery or stock shortage.
Attention: if you choose to pay by check or by bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon receipt of it and the deadlines will be extended accordingly.

Product quality
The DVDs and books (except for the second-hand books in the "bookstore" section) supplied by Félis Production are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the trade.
